Terms & Conditions: By participating in the SRC EOFY Mega Giveaway 2026 (“Promotion”), participants agree to the following Terms & Conditions. The Promotion is conducted by Sequence Rokset Consolidated Pty Ltd (ABN 22 636 744 137) of 218–220 Discovery Rd, Dandenong South VIC 3175 (“Promoter”). The Promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 18 May 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2026, with all claims required to be submitted by 11:59pm AEST on 31 July 2026. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over residing in VIC, NSW, QLD, TAS, ACT, SA, NT and WA. Employees of the Promoter, its related entities, participating dealers, agencies associated with this Promotion, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. To qualify, participants must spend $30 or more (including GST) in a single transaction on eligible Sequence and/or Rokset branded products purchased from an authorised Australian dealer, including authorised online retailers, during the Promotional Period. Second-hand purchases are not eligible. To redeem the offer, eligible participants must complete the online claim form at sequencerokset.com.au/eofy-2026 and upload valid proof of purchase showing the retailer, date of purchase, eligible products purchased and transaction total. Participants must provide a valid residential delivery address, as PO Boxes will not be accepted. Incomplete, indecipherable, fraudulent or late claims will be deemed invalid. Eligible claimants will receive one (1) merchandise pack containing one Rokset T-Shirt, one Sequence T-Shirt and one Rokset Beanie, with an approximate total retail value of $50. Strictly limited to one (1) claim per person for the duration of the Promotion, regardless of the number of qualifying purchases made. Merchandise packs are available while stocks last and may be substituted with items of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s discretion. Merchandise will be dispatched within approximately four (4) weeks of successful claim validation. Deliveries will be sent with authority to leave, and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged deliveries once confirmed as delivered by the carrier. The offer is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless otherwise stated. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of claims and disqualify any individual who tampers with the claim process or submits a claim not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and delivering merchandise, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at sequencerokset.com.au/privacy-policy. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable laws.
