Sequence Rokset Consolidated Pty Ltd (ACN 636744137) (“SRC“) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy details how SRC complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (“Privacy Act”), and the Australian Privacy Principles (“APPs”).
This Privacy Policy describes how SRC handles information you provide to SRC, whether that be in person, by phone, over email, or through SRC’s website located at www.sequencerokset.com.au (the “Website”). SRC may modify its Privacy Policy from time to time and if it does so, it will post any updated Privacy Policy on the Website. Any variations become effective on posting the updated Privacy Policy and SRC shall have no obligation to provide you with individual notice of such changes. SRC encourages you to check the Website periodically to ensure that you are aware of our current Privacy Policy, as your continued use of SRC’s services following the publication on any amended Privacy Policy shall signify your acceptance of the amended Privacy Policy.
Information SRC collects
This Privacy Policy covers all information collected by SRC when you engage with SRC’s products and services. The information SRC collects can be broken down into the following types:

How secure is your personal information?
SRC regards the security of your Personal Data as a priority and has implemented a number of physical and electronic measures to protect it. SRC reminds you, however, that although all care is taken, there are inherent risks with transferring data over the internet and storing data electronically. SRC cannot guarantee the security of your information and, to the extent permitted by law, SRC accepts no liability for any breach of security, or direct hacking of our security measures, or any unintentional disclosure, loss or misuse of any information or data or for the actions of any third parties that may obtain any information or data.
