Terms & Conditions: SRC EOFY Mirka Redemption Promotion 2026. Promotion conducted by Sequence Rokset Consolidated Pty Ltd (ABN 22 636 744 137) of 218–220 Discovery Rd, Dandenong South VIC 3175. Promotion valid from 12:01am AEST 18 May 2026 to 11:59pm AEST 30 June 2026. Redemption claims close 11:59pm AEST 31 July 2026. Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over residing in VIC, NSW, QLD, TAS, ACT, SA, NT and WA. Employees of the Promoter, participating Dealers, agencies associated with this Promotion, and their immediate family members are ineligible. To qualify, participants must purchase an eligible Mirka product from a participating authorised Dealer supplied by Sequence Rokset Consolidated during the Promotional Period. Only products supplied through SRC’s authorised Australian distribution network are eligible. Products supplied by other distributors, imported through non-authorised channels or grey-market imports are excluded. Second-hand purchases are not eligible. To redeem, participants must visit sequencerokset.com.au/mirka-redemptions, complete the online redemption form, and upload valid proof of purchase including invoice number, Dealer name, product code and product barcode by 31 July 2026. Incomplete, indecipherable, invalid, fraudulent or late claims will be deemed invalid. Limit of one (1) redemption per eligible product purchased. Eligible participants will receive the applicable redemption item associated with their qualifying Mirka product purchase, as advertised during the Promotional Period. Redemption items are subject to availability, available while stocks last, and may be substituted with an item of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s discretion. Redemption items will be dispatched within approximately four (4) weeks of successful claim validation. Deliveries will be sent with authority to leave. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged deliveries once confirmed as delivered by the carrier. PO Box addresses will not be accepted. The Promotion is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of claims and disqualify any individual who tampers with the redemption process or submits a claim not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law. Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for administering the Promotion and fulfilling redemption claims in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at sequencerokset.com.au/privacy-policy. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable laws.
